Hi, I'm Mike Bauknecht.

A zephyr is a gentle west wind and how I aspire to carry myself. This is where I share my work, my curiosity, my play and provide homage to one of my favorite bands.

I'm a software engineer in Watertown, WI with over two decades of experience designing and building software and several years leading teams. I currently work with clients in Madison and my local community.

I enjoy staying physically active with things like running, mountain biking and hiking. I've also instructed a few courses at my local YMCA.
